Current Positions:

Service Technician

This candidate will be responsible for technical service duties required for customers or prospective customers.  These duties will include machine installation, operation, and maintenance training.  The individual will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, software components, and systems for all products. The individual will have a strong knowledge of automation systems and PLC/PC based systems. Must have three to five years troubleshooting and servicing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and equipment installation, operation, maintenance, repair, retrofitting, rebuilding, and remanufacturing of complex hydraulic machinery and heavy mechanical equipment. Domestic and international travel from 40% to 60% of work year, trips 2 to 4 weeks or longer.  Two years programming and troubleshooting PLC and PC based control systems including Allen Bradley RSLogix® (5500 and 5000), PanelView and RSView® 32 software.  Prior field service experience/exposure is required.  A two-year degree in electrical, electronics or hydraulics is a plus with a secondary school diploma with a related trade or technical school certification.


Control Systems Technician 

The candidate will plan and lay-out electrical installations.  Perform program maintenance and logic.  Install controls, assist in testing  and making modifications to controls, as requred, to meet Engineering requirements and schedules.  Assist field service technicians.  Perform maintenance on in-house CNC controls.  Provide technical evaluations of rebuild requirements via on-site customer inspections.  Provide technicial assistance in writing service manuals, as required.  Assist on the assembly floor, as required.  Will be required to travel on installations, rebuilds, and service.  Technical degree or Associates Degree or Equivalent.
  

Sales Application Engineer
 

This candidate will be responsible for the development of custom designed press and machine sales proposals, drawings, and presentations for the Vice President of Sales. The candidate will review customer specifications to determine equipment, features, and requirements.  This individual must have knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery including hydraulic power units, electrical control systems, mechanical structures and integrated system design.  Individual should have a minimum of five years related experience in sales or engineering of hydraulic and/or mechanical machinery. Have the ability to understand customer production process needs and RFQs to develop written proposals and drawings.  Must be proficient in SolidWorks design software, Office 365, and CRM.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Domestic and international sales travel when required. Four year engineering degree or equivalent or Associate Degree in Mechanical Design, Hydraulics/Fluid Power Technology or Industrial Electronics. 

 

Customer Service Representative

This candidate will administer and execute replacement part quotes, inquiries, and process order entry for Parts and other services to maintain and improve customer service and satisfaction excellence.  This indivdual will negotiate price, terms, and conditions with assistance.  They will have the ability to coordinate with Company departments to obtain cost estimates, prepare sales price, and issue quotations.  They will maintain follow-up parts quotations, orders, and shipment schedules.  The indvidual will maintain and improve customer relationships with timely response/correspondence/communication of complaints, drawings and technical requests with engineering and technical support.  The individual will be respectful, courteous, professional, and timely conduct with customers, prospects, suppliers, and Company colleagues.  The individual must be able to communicate with customers, suppliers, etc. to assure satisfactory results.  Have the ability to work in a team environment, participate in sales meetings, etc.  A minimum of three years related experience would be a plus.  Microsoft word, excel, power point, and familiarity with CRM database business software.  Technical certification, technical associate degree, or equivalent.
